Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 37,  “Disraeli – British Premier, Portrays the Jews.”

Jews complain of “misrepresentation” whenever they are portrayed as they really are.  But one man, a Jew and one-time Prime Minister of Great Britain, Benjamin Disraeli, (pictured right) did portray Jews in many ways “as they are” and has not been criticized for it, but highly praised by Jews.

He wrote a novel, Coningsby, in which a character named Sidonia appears as a type of Rothschild Jew of shrewd intellect and secret power. In this portrait, TIJ thinks that Disraeli told the truth about Jews and their financial involvement in revolutions and wars. This chapter touches on Freemasonry, the Protocols, and the Jesuits.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 38, “Taft Once Tried to Resist Jews – and Failed.”

This chapter details the relentless effort made by powerful Jews in this country (mostly of German orgin) to force the U.S. to abrogate it’s 80-year old treaty with Russia — to strike against their enemy Russia, and to throw  the vast business between America and Russia into the hands of the Frankfurt, Germany Jewish bankers — in which Jacob Schiff had major interests. In 1911, President William Howard Taft (heavy-set man in picture) stood against them, but Congress caved in and voted to terminate the treaty, giving a huge victory to the Jews. Taft was then defeated for a second term, but later became Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 39, “When Editors Were Independent of the Jews.”

Newspaper editors independent of Jews?! Well, one newspaper proprietor in New York City, James Gordon Bennett, managed to stay independent until his death in 1918. He arranged his will so that The Herald could not fall to an individual owner, but that revenue would flow into a fund for his editors who kept it going. However, the Herald was later merged with another paper and eventually became a European edition, the International Herald Tribune, which since 1966 is wholly owned by the Jewish Sulzberger New York Times company. It will be renamed the International New York Times in the fall of this year.

It makes for an engrossing and instructive story, the moral of which is “You can’t beat the Jews over the long haul.”

"Jewish Reaction to the Guilt of Leo Frank," a special program on the 100th anniversary of the rape/murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan (pictured right) on April 26, 1913 in Atlanta, Ga.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager put the emphasis on the Jewish agenda to “overturn the verdict” against Leo Frank in the minds of Americans and people everywhere, and explain how Jewry goes about it. From regular appeals for Leo Frank in the Jewish New York Times; to circulating false stories that the jurors were influenced by mobs outside the courthouse shouting “Hang the Jew”, and were even personally threatened; to bringing up “new testimony” 69 years later from the only surviving witness at the trial (Alonzo Mann); to gaining a meaningless Pardon that does not exonerate Frank, but is only a sort of apology for not protecting him in prison; to creating a musical and a television docu-drama about Frank’s innocence — Jewry goes all out in their effort to change the perception toward this pedophile-murderer to that of innocent victim of antisemitism. And they pretty much succeed! But here is a song for Mary by Fiddlin' John Carson, compliments of Hadding.

The ADL (Anti-Defamation League) also formed in that year to declare Frank’s innocence and continues its work to cover up or minimize all crimes by Jews by labeling any accusations “antisemitism.”

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 40, “Why the Jews Dislike the Morgenthau Report.”

The Morgenthau Report was the result of a fact-finding commission to Poland in 1919, in the wake of massive immigration of Jews from Poland into New York. The American Jewish press was claiming terrible persecution and pograms of Jews in Poland, but the commission report concluded that the claims were greatly exaggerated. Instead of 3,000 murdered in Lemberg, for instance, there were 76. On-the-scene investigation showed that Jews actually enjoyed a better standard of life than indigenous Poles. Since the 12th Century when Jews first came into Polish territory, the history is one in which Jews run all the business and commerce, getting rich off what Poles produce.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 41, “Jews Use the Peace Conference to Bind Poland.”

This chapter starts out with “trouble between Jews and other people is a continuous situation.” Naturally the huge number of Jews in Poland – as much as 10% of the population at that time – caused trouble for the Poles. International Jewry propagandized sporadic Polish reaction into “persecution” of tens of thousands – facilitating the entry of a quarter of a million Jews from Poland into the United States in a short period of time. The background information of why Poles acted as they did is given, along with how the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 gave the Jews of Poland everything they wanted. The chapter asks if the United States will do the same.

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott  read and comment on Chapter 42, “The Present Status of the Jewish Question.”

We are at the half-way point of  “The International Jew” – the end of Volume Two of four volumes – and the level of Jewish influence in America is examined and  judged. Some highlights:

• Our growing weakness for applause and “boosterism” over straight talk and facts;
• TIJ takes credit for the word “Jew” to now (in 1921) be spoken aloud and printed in newspapers;
• Jewish leaders of today are in fear of further exposure – such as that they are the best organized people in the entire world, better than any government;
• Jewish solidarity is largely anti-American, for example having the goal of weakening recognition of the Christian Sunday, while strengthening recognition of the Jewish Saturday Sabbath;
• All antisemitism is the creation of Jewish leaders, and the charge is used as a last resort when confronted with the truth;
• Jews do not believe in free speech or in a free press, they continue to press for laws to prevent any derogatory statements about Jews. [Today called "hate" laws.]

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager  read and comment on Chapter 43, “The Jews and the “Religious Persecution” Cry.”

Tonight we begin Volume 3  of the four-volume set. TIJ holds that in spite of the eternal cry by Jews of  “religious persecution,”  the Jewish Question is one of race and nationality. It is Organized Jewry that carries out religious persecution against Christians! The Jews object to the Red Cross, the Gideons, the Salvation Army and the Y.M.C.A, the hymn “Onward Christian Soldiers,” Christian “Missions,” the Christian Sunday Sabbath, the Christian Bible. Indeed, they object loudly to references in schools or the civic arena to anything they consider “Christological.”

We will complete this long chapter next week and go on to Chapter 44.

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott  read and comment on Chapter 44, “Are the Jews Victims or Persecutors?”

After finishing up Chapter 43 from last week, we begin another long chapter, number 44. It continues the theme of Jewish hatred and persecution of  Christianity in the United States, giving example after example.

• There is no Christian Church the Jews have not attacked,  from the Catholics to Christian Science;
• Jews continually attack the world-famous Passion Play at Oberammergau, calling it “vicious anti-semitism”;
• Their great historical enemy is Rome, to which they want to pit Jerusalem;
• Jews are especially bitter about Jewish conversions to Christianity;
• The Jews in their newspapers even castigated Presidents (Wilson and Taft), Vice-Presidents (Marshall) and other politicians (Wm. J. Bryan) for speaking favorably of Christ or Christians;
• Still, Jewish department store owners play up Christmas and Easter to make money and destroy the spiritual content;
• Some Jews predicted Protestant Christianity would become Jewish-in-spirit  by 1925.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager  read and comment on Chapter 45, “Jewish Gamblers Corrupt American Baseball.”

The corrupting influence of Jews in sports, particularly the “all-American game” of baseball is the subject of the next two chapters. The 1919 World Series between the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Black Sox was “thrown,” it was believed, and Jewish gamblers were at the heart of it. Many others baseball scandals are discussed.

Some players went along with it seemingly easily, for money. One, pictured at right, was Hal Chase, a highly regarded first baseman who played for both the Chicago White Sox and the Cincinnati Reds between 1913-1919. He gambled on baseball games, and also engaged in suspicious play in order to “throw” games in which he played.  Some good info on him, with great pictures, can be found here. Because of this he was kicked out of the major leagues and excluded from the Hall of Fame. He later said:

I wasn’t satisfied with what the club owners paid me. Like others, I had to have a bet on the side and we used to bet with the other team and the gamblers who sat in the boxes. Once the evil started there was no stopping it, and club owners were not strong enough to cope with the evil.” [...] I was a wise guy, a know-it-all, I guess.

TIJ points out that Jews are not sportsmen, but can be found in sports as exploiters and corrupters. Next week, we will finish this chapter and go on to Chapter 46.

Carolyn Yeager  and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 46, “Jewish Degradation of American Baseball.”

Tonight’s chapter tells how Jewish entrance into  professional and major league baseball resulted in a general lowering into “show business” with  a gambling agenda dominant.  Sportsmanship gives way to money-money-money.  Some of the characters, good and bad, who are mentioned:

• Righteous Judge A.J. Landis of Chicago (right, center), who was picked by the Jews to become the one-man head of the National League in a plan to get him off the bench;
• Ban Johnson, autocratic head of the National Baseball Commission, was on the receiving end of many Jewish  “get Johnson” schemes;
• Harry Frazee, former burlesque house kingpin and prize fight fixer, bought the Boston American baseball club;
• The Ascher brothers, owners of a string of Chicago motion picture theaters, offered a million and a half dollars for the Chicago American League club.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 47, “Jewish Jazz Becomes Our National Music.”

This chapter begins with the 1920 U.S. govt. lawsuit against Irving Berlin and other Jewish officers of 7 music publishers in New York City for price-fixing and other trust-forming activity. The entire business of handling popular songs became a Yiddish business and, according to TIJ, “the jazz age” was a Jewish creation, with American youth being targeted with “sensuous sliding notes” and increasingly risqué lyrics. Other points made:

• Irving Berlin was born Isadore Beillin (later Baline) in Mogilev, Russian Federation, in 1888;
• Arriving in the U.S. at age 5–until 12 years of age, Berlin did not speak English; yet he became the #1 American songwriter;
• Yiddish song manufacturers began business in “Tin Pan Alley” located on 28th street, between Broadway and 6th Avenue;
• Jewish Jazz rode the wave of Negro ragtime popularity–Berlin’s first hit was Alexander’s Ragtime Band in 1911;
• New songs were churned out by the hundreds, only meant for short-lived popularity as in “the latest craze;”
• Preaching to music-addicted people (victims) is not effective, but rather attention should be turned on the victimizers (Jews).

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott  read and comment on Chapter 48, “How the Jewish Song Trust Makes You Sing.”

Jews did not create the popular song, but they debased it. Before it became a Jewish industry, popular songs were created by individuals who worked for satisfaction, not the product of song factories whose goal was to “corner the market.” This chapter compares pre-1918 popular songs with Jewish jazz, an example of which was the self-proclaimed “King of Jazz” Joe Frisco (pictured right).

Another Jewish contribution was “The Vamp” – it started with Jew Morris Gest’s immoral theatre spectacle “Aphrodite.” Eddie Cantor, when singing Irving Berlin tunes, knew just how to roll his eyes at the suggestive parts of the lyrics to bring down the house, such as in You’d Be Surprised, about Johnny who wasn’t much in public, but when he got Mary home, or in any other private location, “you’d be surprised.”

The Music Publishers’ Association was organized by S. Silberman and M. Goodman, and eventually included all the Jewish song manufacturers. It still exists today.

Image: Joe “Frisco” Rooney (real name Louis Wilson Joseph) was a stuttering Jewish comedian whose jazz dance style named “Do the Frisco” was usually performed to the “Darktown Strutters Ball.”  He shuffled his feet, rolled his hips and contorted his body. Variety called it the “Jewish Charleston.”

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 49, “Jewish Hot-Beds of Bolshevism in the U.S.”

The garment trade in NYC was the perfect line of work for the Jewish revolutionary and agitator, allowing him/her flexibility in working hours by getting paid “by the piece.” Some points made:

• Bolshevism manifested in the U.S. as “predatory unionism” with deliberately planned outbreaks of violence;
• The many Russian and Polish-born Jews managed to change the American character of large segments of NYC;
• All trade unions were not Jewish, but the Jewish unions were exclusively Jewish;
• After WWI, clothing prices increased as much as 200 to 300%, which was blamed on the many strikes;
• Wages in NYC were high, but the kickback to the union bosses could be as much as half your wages, so they were becoming very rich;
• The Hebrew union movement was a part of the New York Kehillah, which was tied to the powerful American Jewish Committee.

 Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 50, “Jew Trades Link With World Revolution.”

The predominantly Russian Jews in New York City engaged in the garment trades were Bolshevik in character and aim. Russian Bolshevism literally came out of the east side of New York - Leon “Trotsky” Braunstein(right) was sent to Russia to overthrow the government there, when it was an ally of the United States. Many strange things were happening at this time:

• Most of the Garment Trades labor leaders were Russian Jews who emigrated to the U.S. around the age of 20, with a radical background;
• These men wanted to bring about a complete change of the social system, and the government;
• All these union men formed part of the New York Kehillah, which did not want Jews to become Americanized, but to change America to their own liking;
• Thus to practice “Americanism” was considered antisemitism – such as saying that Bolshevism in the United States was Jewish;
• A study showed that of 2000 presidents of Jewish organizations in NYC, 1054 were Russian-born, 536 born in Austro-Hungary, the rest in Roumania and Germany–90% foreign-born;
• Immigration inspectors at Ellis Island were also Jewish, and passports issued by the State Dept. went through the office of Jew Soviet Ambassador Charles Recht and his attorney ally Issac Hourwich.

Carolyn Yeager reads and comments on Chapter 51, “Will Jewish Zionism Bring Armageddon?”

The success of World Zionism in capturing Palestine for their “Jewish Homeland” is the subject of this chapter.  In 1917, Jewish power was strongly active in Russia (the Bolshevik revolution), in Great Britain (the Balfour Declaration), and in the United States (the New York Kehillah). The illustration at right represents the International Jew behind the curtain of all three nations.

Many profound points are brought up, including:

• Bolshevism all over the world is Jewish;
• The Jewish Telegraph Service is the Associated Press of world-wide Jewry;
• Center of Jewish gravity was shifted from Berlin to America as early as August 30, 1914, a month after the outbreak of war;
• Cultivated American and English Jews wanted the lawful inhabitants of Palestine to be driven out;
• Jews attempted to expropriate everything in sight for themselves;
• Jews distrust their ability to make a state because they don’t know how their people will contrive to live together as their behaviors are so destructive of social comity.

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 52, “How the Jews Use Power – By an Eyewitness.”

A study on the Jewish Question by the Rev. Dr. John P. Peters, entitled “Zionism and the Jewish Problem,” is covered in depth. Dr. Peters first visited Palestine in 1890, again in 1902, and finally 1919-20. He describes what he witnessed of the behavior of the Jews there, which coincides exactly with what we know so well today.

Sir Herbert Samuel, an English Jew, was appointed governor of the protectorate after that. If British troops were withdrawn, the Jews would have been exterminated. 1920 saw a large increase of Jews arriving from Eastern European countries, and an effort was made to turn them into farmers so they would “inhabit the land.”

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 53, “How Jews Ruled and Ruined Tammany Hall.”

What became Tammany Hall began in 1786 as a political discussion society, eventually becoming the Democratic Party political machine of New York City and State. It was synonymous with boss rule and corruption, inspiring bristling headlines and political cartoons such as the one pictured here in which Boss Tweed says, “As long as I count the Votes, what are you going to do about it? say?”  Some highlights:

• Originally in the hands of the Irish, it was taken over by the Jews;
• When that happened, Tammany became more of a front for the more powerful New York Kehillah;
• First Jewish member of Tammany was August Belmont, U.S. representative of the Rothschild interests, who eventually became the Grand Sachem (head man);
• Jews, as always, were strong in both Democrat and Republican parties, and  selected candidates they could discredit if he failed to carry out the desired objectives;
• The great 1884 influx of Jewish immigrants into New York was the beginning of the degeneration of Tammany Hall;
• Crime increased, neighborhoods were destroyed, and depravity even to the depths of white slavery was taking place.

Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 54, “Jew Wires Direct Tammany's Gentile Puppets.”

This chapter is about the infiltration of New York City's Tammany Hall by Jews as part of their quest to take over New York City, and from there Washington D.C. and the entire United States of America.

• The average New Yorker was totally unaware of the extent of his vassalage to the Jews;
• The Jew claims the right to join any club, fraternity, society of yours, but will not admit non-Jewish members into his own;
• Jews used Tammany as a protection for their traffic in vice and in 1894 a huge scandal broke out - the press blamed Tammany, not the Jews;
• In 1901, Justice of the Court of Special Sessions Jerome used his full power to punish wrongdoers, but did not mention the word "Jew";
• Boss Richard Croker, an Irishman,  abdicated in 1901 and surrendered Tammany to the Jews and his long-time Jewish friend and house-mate Andrew Freedman;
• Lewis Nixon was the rather transparant "Gentile front" for Tammany after Croker left;
• From now on the newspapers daily praised the Jewish leaders of Tammany!

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on Chapter 55, “B’nai B’rith Leader Discusses the Jews.”

This chapter describes how the Jews’ leaders know exactly who and what they are; that they bring a problem for Gentiles which is ” The Jewish Question.” They don’t want their people to read the articles in The Dearborn Independent, lest it open their eyes too much. Leo N. Levi (pictured on book page), a Texas-born Jew and president of B’nai B’rith from 1900 to 1904 is quoted extensively on:

• The need for Jews to stick together and live separate from Gentiles in private, but to mix as necessary in public;
• The Oriental character of the Jew, as evidenced in his imaginative products and “devotion to his parents”;
• Physical courage is not an element of Jewish character;
• Jews are a race rather than a religion – biological, not theological – they choose the ghetto for racial reasons;
• Jewish children should be educated in Jewish schools;
• Most Jews are too crude and rude for gentlemanly society, so are better kept to themselves.
