Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott give the context in which The Dearborn Independent was begun as the Ford International Weekly in 1919; who were the main players; and Ford’s likely motivations for carrying out the project.
In this first program, the Preface and Chapter One The Jew in Character and Business were read and discussed. Next week, the completion of chapter one is scheduled.

Thanks Carolyn for another interesting program, and I might say, Its nice to become a student again-Mr. Ford is an American hero, which should be in all government schools (fat chance) this is in reference to your June 28 show. Thanks

Only caught the last 15 minutes but is a great concept. Have been reading The International Jew as recommended by Carolyn in a comment at AoT. Certainly rings true to my own experience.
Love the fiddles opening and closing the show.

This is the book that I had in mind, Jews Must Live by Samuel Roth. I haven’t read it myself yet but as I recall Roth wrote it in response to being cheated in business by other Jews.

Hm, I notice that I misread when I said, “For every Jew there are 97 Gentiles.” Of course, it should be for every three Jews.

Thank you for such a great show! Its a bit of a book club and college lecture and I love it!
I studied and highlighted the book like a college course. Will you be making a test we can take on the material?
I know that’s asking a lot, but it could be fun and a valuable learning tool as I don’t know of any other racialist classes. It’d help me anyway.
Maybe I can help make questions and you can decide if they’re good or not.

I’ve seen courses on survival where they have lectures on mp3, with a pdf guide.
I was thinking at the conclusion of the series, I could put together a download on file sharing that would have a pdf of the book, copies of your podcast lectures, and the chapter tests to make it into the first college type course on the jewish question that I’ve ever heard of being available.
Maybe it’d be a vehicle for you to discuss it and your work on other shows to help people understand this complex issue.
or maybe I’m just talking crazy about something I’ll never actually do, but I like the idea.
Id also love to have guests read sections. David Duke or someone could read a few pages or a chapter and send it to you on mp3, and you and your co host could pause to discuss as you play it.
Just a thought. It might save your voice a little and add some production value, plus I just think it’d be cool.

The first part is okay, if YOU wanted to do the work for that, at the end of Book One. I’d be more than happy to cooperate.
The second part about David Duke reading a few pages is getting a little crazy. Nothing against D.D. but I think we can handle it ourselves. I appreciate your interest and enthusiasm, though. For myself, I really don’t have time for such production special effects. We would need a staff, lol.
