The longstanding and commonly held misconception that the English are quite nearly the same as Germans undermines that warrant by lending itself to the propositional argument that England is a nation of immigrants and therefore the English do not have a unique claim to their land.

Of course, there is also my “nefarious” motivation to show that the English have not been merely misguided and “disloyal” Germans, who need to understand why, as Germans, they should have acted precisely in lock-goose step with Nazi Germany.

Science and reality do not care about your anti-Germanism. The genetic data says what it says; Oppenheimer incorrectly claimed what he claimed; you’ve promoted the misinformation you’ve promoted. You can rage at Germany as much as you want, but you don’t get to make up facts to suit your politics.

On a global scale, the English are “quite nearly the same as Germans” (just as they’re “quite nearly the same” as most other NW Europeans). A substantial fraction of English ancestry does in fact represent “recent” Germanic immigration (which has comparatively little to do with the modern republic of Germany and more to do with the Low Countries and Denmark; modern Germany likely has not insubstantial amounts of Celtic ancestry).

The English do not need any justification to control their own territory. They don’t require moral absolution from an Italo-Pole or Japanese. Attempting to found a justification on denying Germanic ancestry among the English means you are arguing, e.g., the Welsh have a greater claim to England than the English, or that to acknowledge Germanic settlement (and later continental European immigration into Britain) somehow justifies the replacement of the English in England with subcontinentals, Africans, or Japanese.

Carolyn reads Chapter 13, titled "Poland." The German War Crimes Bureau was set up on Sept. 4, 1939 in response to the huge increase of reports of attacks against ethnic Germans, mainly from the former German provinces of Posen and West Prussia.

The first judges arrived as early as Sept. 9 and began taking depositions at Bromberg and Hohelsalza. By the end of October, they had six volumes of documents and commentary, each about 500 pages, organized as follows:

• 1) Polish atrocities in Bromberg, Pless, and Stopnica;
• 2) Polish atrocities against ethnic Germans and POW's in Poznan;
• 3-4) Violations of laws of war by the Polish Army;
• 5) Massacre of ethnic Germans in Lodz;
• 6) Polish murders of ethnic Germans (an addendum).

The Bureau's investigations found no evidence of franc tireur or “fifth column” activities among the ethnic Germans, which is what Polish soldiers and civilians were claiming as excuses to rob and kill them. The chapter ends with de Zayas asserting that German SS and SD were committing what he considered to be war crimes against Polish irregular fighters. 51m

Everything is political … as I have recognized and repeatedly said for a while now.

The Greek euro crisis and collapse was inevitable since it was an impossible union to begin with. Greece was allowed into the Euro Group in 2001 for political reasons, when the economic data was screaming against it.

The director of an American-based 'think tank' has expressed this in her own words on a recent radio program. Heather Conley, director of the Europe program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said the Euro currency project “was a structually flawed project” from the start because it was designed POLITICALLY with the purpose of uniting Europe.

"They were warned about it. This was an economic project designed politically to make Europe more united. But instead it’s pulling Europe apart.”

On May 15, 1983, retired Georgia Appeals Court Judge Randall Evans Jr. published a statement on the Leo Frank case in The Augusta Chronicle-Herald in which he claimed that the proposed posthumous pardon of Frank was "completely ridiculous" because a dead man can't be pardoned.*

Evans also said that the evidence of Frank's guilt "was overwhelming" and described the commutation of Frank's sentence as "the rape of the judicial process" by Govenor Slaton.

In a poll asking the question about famous people “Who do you wish were still alive?” Adolf Hitler got the most votes by far. Our dear Fuehrer came in first with over 41,000 up votes. The next highest number of up votes was 26,000, so Hitler was far out in the lead.

The evil dictator Josef Stalin received only 11,000 up votes and was in 9th place.

Adolf even beat out Jesus Christ, who got only 26,000 up votes to come in 4th place.

The over-rated “genius” Albert Einstein came in 3rd place, beating Jesus Christ even though he received only 22,000 up votes. But Einstein had fewer down votes than JC [due to Jewish and pagan Christ-haters, no doubt], and the way this poll works is that the combination of up vs down votes determines the placement.

On Monday, over 2000 heroic German souls marched in a PEGIDA-sponsored demonstration against their government's acceptance of asylum-seekers and migrants who are now invading the eastern part of Germany from the Balkans.

• The BBC reported that "In a Dresden suburb, the car of Michael Richter, a councillor who had been helping refugees, was blown up." Kudos to those who are letting the authorities know that they are serious. 

• Last week, a new tent city sprung up suddenly in Dresden's Friedrichstadt district as a temporary refugee center. Fights between refugee-opponents and refugee-supporters have broken out there.
  

• A month ago, on June 28, a brand-new, still uninhabited refugee center in the historic town of Meissen (of porcelain fame), close to Dresden, was set on fire and burned during the night. Investigators say it was started deliberately. "We currently suspect arson," a Police spokeswoman said.

Carolyn reads chapters 11 and 12. Chapter 11 is titled “Investigations of German War Crimes” which discusses Adolf Hitler's “Order Number 1” (which was not a war crime but allows de Zayas to bring up the concentration camps and alleged “extermination of Jews”); alleged war crimes in North Africa; the status of medical personnel; alleged crimes during the Allied invasion of Europe and at Malmedy.

Chapter 12, titled “Wehrmacht Conceptions of Postwar International Law,” covers ideas that were being developed for a more German-friendly Convention of international laws of war. The current laws, they thought, represented British interests. 1h12m

Leo Max Frank ... definitely of a different constituency.

Denial of Leo Frank's innocence is equivalent to Holocaust denial ... so goes the reasoning of the Anti-Defamation League. Well, with Jews, everything leads to the Holocaust, does it not?

In a memo* sent to the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles in 1982, a League official stated:

I agree entirely that our constituency—the literate world—knows that Frank was railroaded. Our constituency also knows that the Holocaust was real, but we continue to counteract Holocaust denial. We have also proceeded on the assumption that it was important for the German nation to come to terms with the past and acknowledge the terrible crime committed in days gone by. Likewise some of us here in Atlanta think it is important that the State of Georgia acknowledge its sins in the Frank case, and repent.

Jews won't rest until the murderer Leo Frank is declared innocent

On July 20, 2015, Abe Foxman ended his "50 years of service” to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), twenty-eight of them spent as National Director. The League itself was founded in October 1913 (an exact day is not given) as a direct reaction to the guilty verdict delivered on Leo M. Frank in Atlanta, Georgia two months earlier, on August 25, 1913.

Though it's played down now, the fact that a prominent Jew was exposed as a pervert rapist-murderer, and that the entire nation had followed the sensational trial testimony, horrified the Jewish establishment. Leo Frank was President of the Atlanta chapter of B'nai B'rith*, and was the son-in-law of the wealthy Jewish Selig family of that city. And now this privileged Jew, one of their own, was scheduled to BE HANGED for the murder of a 13-year old Christian girl who worked at the National Pencil Factory of which he was supervisor.

This could not be allowed to continue.

Carolyn reads chapters 9 and 10. Chapter 9, "The Bureau and War Crimes Trials," describes what went into the decisions to hold trials against prisoners of war in German custody. It's divided into sections for Polish, French, British & American, and Russian POW's.

Chapter 10 discusses reprisal actions by the Wehrmacht troops, many of which were threatened but never carried out. De Zayas continues to show his moderate bias for the Allied side and against Adolf Hitler's N-S regime. 1h3m

Rudolf Lehmann was a respectable German jurist who was Judge Advocate General of the Wehrmacht in WWII. He joined the NSDAP in 1935, was arrested by the Americans in 1945, found guilty of war crimes at the Nuremberg High Command trial in 1947. Sentenced to 7 years imprisonment, he was released in 1950, as was typical.
