Severus Niflson joins Carolyn to discuss his latest blog post “The Prefab Republic,” in which he argues that the shape of a North American White Republic cannot be designed ahead of time, but will depend on skirmishes and battles yet to take place. Severus describes the need to have capable people trained ahead of time who can function in all the different capacities every society requires, i.e. doctors, teachers, engineers, economists, farmers, builders, and generals … as well as political leaders. Young White Nationalists should be preparing now to function in these roles instead of ‘dropping out’ or becoming bloggers.
The clash between “personal liberty” and “collective responsibility” is discussed, with examples given. Also the nature of militarism as something that cannot be set aside, ever.

Severus is one of the best intellects in the movement, I could listen to him and Linder all day long. They focus like lasers on the issues and tear them apart. Great interview.

A simpler way to state Severus’ criticism of Covington’s Northwest idea is that it is artificial. It is not rooted in reality. In the early 80s, when some serious people were talking about a White living-space in the Northwest, circumstances were different. Covington is getting few to no “migrants” taking him up on his dare to come to the Northwest and turn his novels into reality. This is apparent in the fact that he recently used his most notorious sockpuppet name, “Bob Rudisill” (exposed already in 2004), in the attempt to create the illusion that anybody is doing this.

The few followers that Covington does have are, according to April Gaede’s account, mostly degenerates that wouldn’t be able to do anything except get themselves into trouble.

A mini White ethnostate didn’t work when Jost tried it in rural Northern California in the 1980’s. And by all accounts he was a great guy with very solid ideas. Volksberg was before my time, but I talked with some of the people who tried to set it up (including Jost). They abandoned the experiment for good reasons.
Which reminds me… a lot of HC’s material was supposed to have been copied from Jost.

Hadding, talk all you want about ‘rabbi’ HC (as you call him) and his actions, but the Northwest idea is still the most viable and practical for a number of reasons. Also, the link you provide against the ‘idea’ isn’t convincing at all.
Take HC out of the equation… the ‘idea’ that only through hard sacrifice and struggle can a white nation be achived, is what counts in my view.

Another solid show. I agree with most of what Carolyn and Severus had to say, while disagreeing with the premise.
I agree that today is not the day to establish the White Republic. There is much work to be done.
I agree that our young people, teenagers and twenty something’s, need to be in school learning a trade or profession. If they have the gray matter for it, a doctorate .
I disagree that making basic plans and setting goals is unnecessary at this time. Those of us who have served in a western military force were taught the importance of planing. ” WHEN YOU FAIL TO PLAN, YOU PLAN TO FAIL”
Granted ,”designers” can go overboard. But, no movement starts off as a mass movement. It starts as a handfull sitting around a kitchen table. And yes, sometimes a map and a marker come in handy. Back to that planing thing.

Those that Severus called “designers” are similar to those Dr. Pierce called “hobbyists.” They would go on and on about some theoretical future White state (yes, including the sort of flag it should have) but if a non-glamorous task came up (the classic was stuffing envelopes for a big mailing) they were nowhere to be found.
I think Severus was correct in nearly everything he said, but would like to disagree on one point. I do not think the main reason that American White Nationalists are less organized than European Nationalists is that they are into consumerism, or even less that they are “White mutts” (my word not his). It is because the U.S. is so big. European Nationalists meet in person, not just on the internet. This is not very difficult for them, just about everyone is a train ride awy. Heck, Europeans even go to see concerts of their favorite bands in other countries. This not possible for Americans.
Even brighter Europeans who know geography forget how big the U.S. is. I have had Germans ask me if I knew so and so (a non-political friend or relative who also lives in California). I ask them where in California and they say San Diego. When I tell them that is over 500 miles and 10 hours away, they are shocked.
It is a huge advantage for European Nationalists to regularly meet with each other. They know who is reliable and who often flakes out. And pretending to be somebody or something you are not on the internet is much more difficult.

That same objection could be made for wherever you propose a White ethnostate on the North American should be located at this time. It is nothing but a straw man; and transparently so.

Yes, and it is present circumstance which makes the need for securing a White living-space all the more vital. Unless you subscribe to the risible notion that it is at this point possible to take back the entire North American continent, this living-space must occupy only a specific portion of the North American continent. What portion of the North American continent do you propose should constitute the White ethnostate in North America? And once having named that location, what circumstances in that locale do you believe would need to obtain in order to bring the White ethnostate into being there? To what degree would you be willing to leave those circumstances up to historical accident sans bringing them about as an act of the will?

Captainchaos – It bothers me when a new commenter doesn’t have anything to say about the program or the speaker on the program, but only argues with a comment made by another commenter. That might come later, but first you should address the program and the guest speaker. Are you living in the Northwest Homeland? If not, why not?

The idea of a White Homeland in the northwest or anywhere else in America is just fantasy talk. Illegal and other immigrants are pouring into the northwest thanks to the neocons and their chosen masters.
In addition, it is White men that continue to hire illegals and put other Whites out of work or business.

Perhaps Severus is unaware of affirmative action and other legislative madness that denies Whites access education, jobs and businesses. That should be the focus first. Furthermore most Whites in these positions will balk at any protest from others Whites of injustice. In fact, they will, “I made it, so can you…bootstraps..”
Finally, WN or similar types have not even managed to foment even the most basic networking. All there is frankly are sites that engage in and promote vulgar saboteurs. And ask for money all the while unable to garnish one right or job for a White person.
And those other sites with a more mature outlook still behave in the same manner or MO, if you will…ask for money and do nothing in real life to brings Whites together.
For Whites to survive they will need to develop social bonds in real life *and* have help with financial security. Jews control the world because they have all the money and businesses. Whites should be working 24/7 to help and support each to gain as much wealth as possible. And use that money to advocate for White survival. Create an alternative to Google and Youtube for example. But without the WN rhetoric.

This associate of Don Black’s, “Father Francis,” has started something called White Pride Enterprises that is about creating work for White people. I guess Francis has gauged the limits within which one can do this without being in violation of any laws. It seems like a great idea to me.

Despite the derision against people who design flags and future countries, I think it’s useful to think about these things and try to anticipate the problems whites will encounter. Better thinking about a white country than drinking beer and watching Dancing with the Stars or something else.
