Something to believe in

Mark Milley, four-star general and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is the current face of the now openly apparent American malaise—exhibiting itself as lack of true leadership and purpose, along with chronic lying coming from the highest levels.

By Carolyn Yeager

I'M AWARE IT'S BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS since I've posted anything in this space. I did make several beginnings with good intentions, but soon couldn't maintain the belief that it was purposeful enough to justify the effort involved. Each time, I concluded there was no good reason to continue, as it was either something those who read this site already know, or they won't or can't do anything about it anyway. IOW, what's the point?

But I thought it was high time I let you know I'm not ill or dead! I'm quite well, health-wise, and also very happy. So I've done my best to share what thoughts I have on our current situation below. I am, on the whole, remaining detached and am not worried.

We're undergoing the most significant “collapse” of our political system and national narrative that I've seen or could imagine. I began this year with a post titled We're in a time of great awakening at the start of New Year 2021. In it I used the words “a great cleansing.” I was inspired to write that at the time, but didn't know then just how big of an awakening and cleansing it would turn out to be. I also said we're always “on the leading edge of human experience” in our Now-time, so whatever is happening, it's not a step backward.

I still believe that it's a positive development. The only idea I'm offering now is that we not try to “fix” or interfere in the general collapse (and epic exposure) taking place, but rather let it continue until more of the population can see it for themselves. If you don't know that civilization is run by incompetents, cowards, conspirators. and self-serving greedy bastards, you need to learn it now. Just watch the drama unfold—watch it carefully—and learn; no need to be in any hurry to denounce certain actors in order to be the first to be right. You – or I – may not be right; we may learn something new.

So my advice, wait and watch. It's only just beginning.

How we are tricked

Basically, we're clearly seeing how our political and military leaders lie to us about the threats and dangers our country faces. Rather than working to protect and defend us from wars and foreign enemies, they're actually behind these threats and using the corrupt media to force us to believe in them. Their behavior is based on the idea that our fear of outside threats makes us easier to control and more compliant to elite demands, including paying increasingly higher taxes that are wasted right in front of our faces.

I won't bother to name all the numerous crises that were ginned up during my lifetime that I afterward learned were nothing but lies—but the first major one that I was fully aware of was the assassination of (my) President John F. Kennedy (blamed on a “communist-sympathizing lone gunman”). Today we're dealing with the stolen presidency of the mediocre Joe Biden, thanks to an activist media that's gotten too used to its outsize influence and Hollywood-level salaries. In between, we've seen the rise of the Terrorism threat from backward Middle-Eastern countries; the unbelievable chutzpah of the “9/11” stage-managed skyscraper demolitions to usher in the endless War on Terror from Washington. The Republican Bush-Cheney administration presided over that disaster, which is only coming to it's bankrupt end 20 years later under Democrats Biden-Harris. (VP Harris was 'the last person in the room' when the decision to end the long-running war in Afghanistan was made, and VP Cheney was at the helm of controls on the day of 9/11 while President Bush remained incommunicado flying around on Air Force One. That's similar to Biden hiding at Camp David.)

But the bigger question is: why do we continue to put up with it, in a rich and highly-touted “Democracy” where “the People” are said to be in charge? Beside the fact that that is also a lie, the answer I came up with is that people need to believe in something. We want life itself, and our lives, to have meaning. We're comforted with the thought, “We're all in this together,” and thus willing to sacrifice for the common good. We're then manipulated into taking “for” and “against” sides, of all sorts, which should be obvious to us but it isn't. It just isn't. My best guess is that it's because of the skill of the manipulators and their knowledge of human nature. Human nature is complex. The human mind is capable of great heights and the lowest debasement, of shocking levels of deceit and denial. The only remedy against this is self-learning, which takes both intelligence and a custom of independent thinking. It's why indiscriminate immigration is so disastrous.

We are more unconscious than conscious. Most act most of the time out of habit, following others, petty personal gratifications and social approval rather than by thinking things through, reasoning, long-range projections, and consulting our 'better self.' The raising of consciousness—becoming more conscious—is the only way forward. Everything is waiting on that. The planet can, and will, look after itself. We must look after ourselves. That means, to me, a more aware, intelligent, responsible population. The “big show” that's being put on in the year 2021 beautifully reveals to us how much of our efforts are wasted, and that what is done with base motives will be undone eventually.

How to proceed? I've already said, at the moment, do nothing. Watch and wait. We're in a great classroom and instruction is ongoing. Precipitous action is not helpful.

Comments

Thanks for the update and commentary, Carolyn.  BIG thanks for the great work.

I'm so glad to hear from you again

I have one criticism of this update from Carolyn.   Her curious insinuation that JFK was 'her president', by which I interpret that she somehow believes that any member of the absolutely loathsome and race treasonous Kennedy Family were or are, even a tiny bit friendly towards the pro-White, White Nationalist, White racial survival movement.
I will agree that Joe Kennedy did seem to be at least partially red pilled on the JQ, based on what I have read about him.   And, JFK - to his credit - did see the horrible danger of allowing Israel to get their hands on nuclear weapons, so I will give credit where credit is due.  But, as far as the 'race issue' is concerned, the entire Kennedy family were cut from the same snobbish, self-hating, self-loathing, virtue signalling, moral superiority oozing white liberal bolt of cloth as are modern day white elitist liberals - with the only difference being they did not openly spew anti-White hate in the public forum.
But, trust me on this.  Behind closed doors, and inside their lily white gated and guarded compounds - the Kennedy's sneered at, and looked down their noses at, less wealthy Whites and particularly the racially heathiest segment of the White American population - White Southerners - just as much as modern day Democrat Communists do today.
Otherwise, this is an outstanding update from Carolyn.   She gives excellent advice.

Hi Tucker - thanks for taking time to comment. Obviously you're a White Southerner, and I understand your strong feelings.

I added the "my" to make the point that I was affected by that event, it wasn't just history for me. I was 21 at the time and JFK had been my first time voting (right out of high school). I was a big FAN. His murder was crushing, devastating to my young psyche. But then one eventually learns that politics is a dirty, dog-eat-dog world, and that nothing in this world is black & white.

From my vantage point of 80 years, I don't disagree with you about the Kennedy family -- who, by the way, have suffered greatly with only one son out of the four surviving and he being by far the weakest and worst. We don't know how the eldest Joe Kennedy, Jr. would have turned out, but from all accounts he was the best (and maybe less liberal like his father). I'm glad you can point out the positive actions of the Kennedy's.

We're all products of our time and place. Growth beyond that, and outside of that, becoming more conscious, can be difficult and alienating. I have come to understand and accept that we literally are "all in this together." But that doesn't mean we have to marry each other.* Hell, I don't want to marry anyone! Give me my freedom, please.

(*Not to be misunderstood, we don't need to live together - or next door, or in the same country - either! I believe in the reality and finality of racial differences.)

Horst Mahler's tribute in English translation:
It is an honorary title they give us when they call us “Nazis”. That was what Henry Hafenmayer had understood. He lived his life so that he might earn this title through action. He did not fear death, and when he made up his mind to call the recognized enemy of the peoples by its name, he knew what to expect. Under the banner “End of the lie!” he finally moved from defence to attack and thus became a role model for those German youth who still want to be German. He held out when his well-paid job as a train driver was terminated. His answer was to multiply his efforts to make the invisible enemy visible. He laboriously scanned the Talmud (in twelve bulky volumes published in German by the official Jewish publishing house Jüdische Verlag) and placed it in the global electronic network. [Three sentences deleted and part of postscript deleted due to UK race laws.] With his web blog “The End of the Lie” lobbing intellectual grenades at the emplacements of the anti-German front in his own country, he has branded the Big Lie as an attempted genocide. He was one of the first to give the New National Socialism (NNS) a face. That makes him unforgettable. Hail Henry Hafenmayer!

Great to hear all is well with you.

Continued good health to you CY; and. your updates always welcome reading.

Good day Carolyn,

And back to you, Klaus. Smile

I did send you an email. If you responded I didn't get it. I don't receive the email notifications of your new articles. The only way I can find out is by putting your url in my RSS feeder. The same thing happened with the website If Americans Knew. I've checked the spam folders and even included you url and email in trusted contacts.
Good to know you're okay!

I just re-activated your subscription. It may have been de-activated because the email from cy.net kept bouncing back to me. Many people have email accounts with that excessive security on them. To receive mass mailings, it's better to use an account like Yahoo or Gmail.

Glad you're doing well also. Smile

Thanks
