Carolyn Yeager  and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 46, “Jewish Degradation of American Baseball.”

Tonight’s chapter tells how Jewish entrance into  professional and major league baseball resulted in a general lowering into “show business” with  a gambling agenda dominant.  Sportsmanship gives way to money-money-money.  Some of the characters, good and bad, who are mentioned:

• Righteous Judge A.J. Landis of Chicago (right, center), who was picked by the Jews to become the one-man head of the National League in a plan to get him off the bench;
• Ban Johnson, autocratic head of the National Baseball Commission, was on the receiving end of many Jewish  “get Johnson” schemes;
• Harry Frazee, former burlesque house kingpin and prize fight fixer, bought the Boston American baseball club;
• The Ascher brothers, owners of a string of Chicago motion picture theaters, offered a million and a half dollars for the Chicago American League club.

For the skeptics and know-nothings who have written in suggesting Eli Wiesel was not in the camps, that Night is purely fiction, you are all dead wrong. The Red Cross International Tracing Service Archives documents for Lazar Wiesel and his father prove beyond any doubt that Lazar and his father arrived from Buna to Buchenwald January 26, 1945, that his father soon died a few days later. -Kenneth Waltzer in a comment at Scrapbookpages Blog, March 6, 2010.

The story that Michigan State University history professor Kenneth Waltzer has told us about Elie Wiesel in Buchenwald, based on Wiesel’s book Night, is not true.1

Elie Wiesel was not incarcerated at Buchenwald.

He was not liberated from Buchenwald.

He was not a victim of the “Nazis” there.

Andrew Anglin of Total Fascism joins Carolyn to discuss the pros and cons of European nationalism – just how nationalistic individual European nations can or should be. While Pan-European identity is a good thing, it has been used to weaken national identity. Also touched upon: American White Nationalism and the challenges that it faces in this large, diverse country–very similar to pan-European nationalism. Some highlights:

• The Alliance for European National Movements (AENM) was formed in 2009 in Budapest with the intention to form a European political party;
• While it’s a rocky road, good-old-fashioned nationalism seems on the upswing;
• Jobbik in Hungary and Golden Dawn in Greece are the most watched and most admired nationalist parties;
• British Nationalist Paul Weston and his new Liberty GB party avoids the Jewish Problem;

Right-Wing Terror: Neo-Nazi's mother sheds light on his disappearance

Uwe Böhnhardt's mother testifies before the NSU Parliamentary Investigative Committee on Thursday.

The murderous (how do they get away with this?) neo-Nazi group National Socialist Underground vanished from sight in 1998. On Thursday, the mother of one of the group's members told investigators her version of the events leading up to her son's disappearance.

Peter Böhnhardt was just 17 years old when his lifeless body was deposited outside the door of his parents' house in the eastern German city of Jena. The circumstances surrounding his death have never been completely solved. Jürgen and Brigette Böhnhardt suspect that their son fell while climbing on castle ruins nearby and that his friends, afraid of any consequences, dropped his body off on the asphalt during the night.

That happened in 1988. On Thursday, a quarter-century later, Brigitte Böhnhardt sat in Room 101 of the parliamentary building of the eastern state of Thuringia, in the capital city of Erfurt. A tall woman, she speaks in a soft but surprisingly high-pitched voice. The 65-year-old teacher is the first relative of a suspected member of the National Socialist Underground (NSU), the neo-Nazi terror cell that killed 10 people from 2000 to 2007, to be questioned in public.

Carolyn discusses the “Big Lie” that Elie Wiesel was ever in Buchenwald concentration camp and liberated from there in 1945. An article she is preparing for Elie Wiesel Cons the World, she hopes will be the definitive “stake in the heart” of this long-running fraud, along with all it’s related elements. Unfortunately this program was marred by a technical problem and then a  Skype failure in the first hour, but the most important points made were:

• Hasidic Judaism, prevalent among Eastern European Jews, emphasizes, through oral stories, the acceptance of unbelievable occurrences, miracle-working, and fortune-telling (predicting the future);
   
• Historian Kenneth Waltzer of MSU has, since Oct. 2012,  wiped off the Internet all his pages about Buchenwald and Elie Wiesel, his specialty for several years;
• Elie Wiesel’s claim in Night and in his memoir that he became deathly ill with food poisoning 3 days after the Buchenwald liberation (April 14), spending the next two weeks in hospital, wipes out Waltzer’s “evidence” for Wiesel’s presence in Buchenwald, including being in the photograph taken on April 16! (above);
• The account in Night of the date of arrival at Buchenwald, followed by the timing of  “Father’s” death, is way off from the official records at Buchenwald Memorial;
• And much more.

Hadding Scott and Carolyn Yeager  read and comment on Chapter 45, “Jewish Gamblers Corrupt American Baseball.”

The corrupting influence of Jews in sports, particularly the “all-American game” of baseball is the subject of the next two chapters. The 1919 World Series between the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Black Sox was “thrown,” it was believed, and Jewish gamblers were at the heart of it. Many others baseball scandals are discussed.

Some players went along with it seemingly easily, for money. One, pictured at right, was Hal Chase, a highly regarded first baseman who played for both the Chicago White Sox and the Cincinnati Reds between 1913-1919. He gambled on baseball games, and also engaged in suspicious play in order to “throw” games in which he played.  Some good info on him, with great pictures, can be found here. Because of this he was kicked out of the major leagues and excluded from the Hall of Fame. He later said:

I wasn’t satisfied with what the club owners paid me. Like others, I had to have a bet on the side and we used to bet with the other team and the gamblers who sat in the boxes. Once the evil started there was no stopping it, and club owners were not strong enough to cope with the evil.” [...] I was a wise guy, a know-it-all, I guess.

TIJ points out that Jews are not sportsmen, but can be found in sports as exploiters and corrupters. Next week, we will finish this chapter and go on to Chapter 46.

The NSU murder trial resumed this week in Munich, Germany. This account was taken from The Local/Germany and Der Spiegel Online on Wednesday. -cy

Beate Zschäpe enters the courtroom for the 6th day, this time in a red blouse.

Zschäpe's lawyers are demanding termination of proceedings, based on what her lawyers say was an illegal pre-trial assumption of guilt, according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

The defence point to statements by Chief Federal Prosecutor Harald Range, who they claim repeatedly described Zschäpe as a member of a “gang of killers,” “terrorist organisation” or “terrorist trio” after her arrest in 2011, before the criminal investigation had even begun.

The prosecution's case against Zschäpe, say her defence lawyers, is based on assumptions about her role in the trio and closeness to other members which have not yet been proved.
