Top German jurist explains why 'Holocaust deniers' of any age must be punished

Lüge und Wahrheit

(Lie and Truth)

A column by Thomas Fischer

Thomas Fischer, born in 1953, is a noted German jurist of the 2nd Criminal Senate of the Federal Court of Justice. Fischer is the presiding judge of the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe.  His annual commentary on the Penal Code, “Beck’s Short Commentaries,” is considered the Bible of German Criminal Law. He is an honorary professor at the University of Würzburg lecturing on criminal law, criminal trial law and the sociology of law. In 2017, he was selected for that year's European Press Prize shortlist.Through his weekly column “Fischer im Recht” on ZEIT ONLINE, Thomas Fischer has become a familiar name to a broad nationwide audience.

EXCEPT THAT HE DOESN'T explain it. His long-winded commentary is long on empty rhetoric, short on compelling reason. I decided to post his opinion piece “Lie and Truth” that was published recently by Spiegel to give you a chance to see for yourself the haphazard discourse that passes for the voice of wisdom in German constitutional law. This man is a disgrace, not only because he is grossly obese (which makes it hard to even look at him), but because he is politically motivated and not above resorting to lies and baseless insults against his fellow Germans whose legitimate questions he cannot honestly answer. See for yourself. Note that I have added a few of my own comments in red. -cy

Ursula Haverbeck sentenced to another year in prison for video played on Youtube

Published by carolyn on Tue, 2020-12-08 12:26

From Spiegel: “In an interview with a YouTuber, who calls himself the "People's Teacher" and which he published in March 2018, Haverbeck trivialized and denied Nazi crimes.” Nikolai Nerling aka “Volkslehrer” on left, with Ursula Haverbeck during the interview in question.

SPIEGEL PANORAMA REPORTED ON 4 DECEMBER 2020, the second day of the Berlin trial that began on 17 November, that the judge in charge convicted our brave Ursula of another year in prison. The most memorable words he spoke in court were that he finds her statements to be "unbearable." I can imagine that he hopes she will die in prison this time so he won't ever again have to hear her unbearable questions that neither he nor anyone else has an answer for. But that is the very crux of the injustice and the reason she must keep asking. From the Spiegel article that's been removed from their website since I accessed it:

Frau Haverbeck in Berlin court: “I consider this procedure highly questionable”

Wiebke Ramm writes on 17 November 2020 for Spiegel magazine from the Berlin trial of Ursula Haverbeck. She again stands accused of  “denying the mass murder of six million Jews,” this time in a video posted on youtube. I have machine translated Ramm's article from German to English and published it here with very little editing, but with some added commentary in red. It seems better to just give you his article than to try to write my own based on his.

IT IS ALMOST TWO WEEKS since Ursula Haverbeck was able to leave Bielefeld prison after two and a half years. Haverbeck is now 92 years old and was convicted of sedition (incitement of the people). And it is once again for sedition that she is now on trial this Tuesday at the Berlin-Tiergarten district court. She is again threatened with a prison sentence.

“Germany marks 75th Anniversary” of corrupt Nuremberg Tribunals, but whose trials were they?

Published by carolyn on Fri, 2020-11-20 16:21

Note the flags behind the "distinguished" members of the International Military Tribunal in 1946 as they read their verdicts of death to the "Nazi" leaders on trial in the Nurembrg Palace of JusticeI can see the flags of Britain, the United States, and France. It was their courtroom, no longer a German courtroom.

THE HEADLINES ON ALL THE DUTIFULLY PLACED NEWS STORIES  marking the 75th anniversary of the opening day of what's known as the Nuremberg Military Tribunals are identical on this November 20, 2020: “Germany marks 75th anniversary of landmark Nuremberg trials”. The reason they are identical is because only one article was written, by the Associated Press (AP) and, as usual, just picked up and run by everyone else. There is no diversity in the coverage.

True Heroes: Heartwarming meeting of Horst and Ursula

Triumph of the Will - Sieg des Willens

Saturday, November 14, 2020, Henry Hafenmeier took this historic photo of Horst Mahler and Ursula Haverbeck, both very recently released from long sentences in the Federal Republic of Germany's political prison system. Though now 82 and 92 years of age respectively, they were incarcerated for daring to exercise free thought and speech on the EU's forbidden topic - the "Holocaust."

Photo sent to me by Michele Renouf, with comments from German friends. Thanks all. We will overcome.

Ursula Haverbeck freed after 2.5 years; immediately faces new charges

Published by carolyn on Fri, 2020-11-13 11:17

Ursula Haverbeck is free! This photo from the "Freiheit für Ursula Haverbeck" website is captioned "Ursula shortly after her release!" but I don't think it is from 2020, but on an earlier occasion.  Which means that a scene like this was not allowed this time around. If I am wrong about that, I beg to be corrected.

The persecution of truth tellers continues in Germany, along with the shameless, indecent, brazen mistreatment of it's elderly citizens. (That is because the process is driven by Jews and the One World Order appointees, not by the real German people.) In the case of Ursula Haverbeck, the purpose is to shut her up entirely on the subject of Auschwitz. No freedom to say a word contrary to the JEWISH narrative of Auschwitz.

Jewish Privilege: Rehired Florida Principal fired again by overwhelming demand of Jewish community

IT WAS ONLY A MONTH AGO that I posted the “heartwarming” story of William Latson (left), Principal of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Fla. and his rehiring with back pay after he was fired for a 'politically incorrect' exchange with a parent about the school's “Holocaust” instruction.

It seems logical to deduce that the parent was Jewish, but she has never been named.

The Palm Beach County School Board fired Latson over the incident, using “failure to carry out job responsibilities” as the legal reason. Latson appealed the decision and the arbitration judge agreed with him, recommending Latson be transferred to an another administrative position within the district at the same pay level. Thus just last month he was rehired with back pay of $152,000 by a 4-3 vote of the board.

Facebook to ban holocaust truth and direct users to “credible sources”

Published by carolyn on Wed, 2020-10-14 22:04

Jews are the most protected group in the world – their goal is to make it illegal to disagree with them.

An example of so-called holocaust denial in the form of a manipulated photograph that expresses an alternative point of view. Facebook says it will not tolerate such "antisemitic" content any longer.

ISRAEL'S YAD VASHEM CALLS ITSELF the World Holocaust Remembrance Center; it wants to dictate how the entire world views the 'Holocaust' and limit what individuals like you and I can know about it.

Yad Vashem believes it should be the judge of what content “denies or distorts the [Jewish] Holocaust.” Yad Vashem is 100% Jewish and we know it is Jews who mainly benefit from preventing any questioning and/or the dispersal of scholarly investigation into unscientific and unhistorical Holocaust narratives.

High School Principal fired for “holocaust denial” rehired with back pay

Principal Latson spotlighting all the "Holocaust educators" at his school in his Twitter account, dated February. Probably most "instructors" are uncredentialed volunteers; who knows how much time and school resources are used up in this purely political, forced endeavor.

By Carolyn Yeager

WILLIAM LATSON WAS FIRED IN OCTOBER LAST YEAR after 20 years employment with the Palm Beach County, Florida school district. It was because of a series of emails he sent to a parent in April 2018 explaining his decision to allow students to form their own opinion on the facts of "The Holocaust.”

The emails surfaced when the student's mother revealed them to the school board. In the exchange, Latson (left), who is black, wrote that students were allowed to disbelieve in the Holocaust lessons because “not everyone believes the Holocaust happened” and that as an educator his role was “to be politcally neutral.” This implies he correctly sees the teaching of the Holocaust in schools as a political issue, more than historical.

Reminiscences of Fredrick Töben—A Teacher first and foremost

Published by carolyn on Fri, 2020-07-10 12:58

By Carolyn Yeager

GERALD FREDRICK TÖBEN DIED ON JUNE 29 (my birthday) at the age of 76 in Australia where he had lived since he was 10 years old. I'm under the impression the cause of death was a several months long battle with cancer. No one personally informed me of his death. A frequent commenter at my website, David, gave me my first knowledge of it on that day. I was surprised to find so little written about it in the coming days, but I did not reach out to anyone, except for asking Germar Rudolf to corroborate it. He hadn't known either at that point. I thought someone would reach out to me, but no one did. So there we are—the sad fate of a truth-teller and German-defender in our crazy Jew-rocked, Negro-rocked world of 2020—whose demise seems to make little impression.
