The Reichsbank was still international in 1933, when Hitler was Chancellor and asked the President (Hindenburg) to release Luther from office. The president in the Weimar Constitution basically appoints most positions and has the power to recall those decisons as well. Much like a monarch. Later, Hitler occupied the presidency himself, but the position was called Fuehrer. That said, the Reichsbank consequently was not international anymore at some point after Hitler took office (of the presidency), reading between the lines and connecting the context.

The file does not play or download.

but they can be touchy. If you're downloading for the first time, you have to be patient because the whole program has to complete before it will play. If you have a previous failure  that will keep repeating sometimes, so then you might have to close the page and even your browser and start all over. I can't say for sure.

But I know that it's frustrating that sometimes the player stops after a short time. I don't know what causes that, just bad technology.
